Employee Benefits Account Manager

Who we are: We are Jamieson Financial Services. We provide insurance products to individuals and corporations ranging from employee benefits, disability income protection, long term care, and life. We assist in the design, analysis, purchase and maintenance of the products. We do all this from our office in Northfield, IL.

Responsibilities: In this position you will be the “inside person” working directly with groups and individuals to compile quotes, follow up on claims and provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the client relationship. You will be using your initiative to resolve issues, your attention to detail to ensure proper quoting, your computer skills to document, and your friendliness to assist customers.


You will be ideal for this position if you have:
  • 2-3 years of employee benefits experience
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • An eye for detail and are organized
  • A curiosity for the business and want to learn more
  • CRM experience preferred
